Clear on-device data immediately
Your vows, app usage, blocks, points, steps, focus history, themes, rewards, and WeRead settings stay on your device by default and are not uploaded to Tiny Vow. A website therefore cannot remotely access or erase them.
In the app, open Me > Local data management > Clear local data. If the app cannot be opened, use Android Settings > Apps > Tiny Vow > Storage > Clear data. This does not delete your Google Account. Signing in with Google again creates a new local Tiny Vow session.
Request selected server-side data deletion
While keeping your Tiny Vow account, you may request deletion of website feedback, contact details, account snapshots stored with feedback, your avatar, or login and device history where removal is legally permitted. Credentials needed for an active account, active entitlements, and legally required order or transaction records may not be removable on their own.
No sign-in is required. We verify identity using your email or user ID and normally complete requests within 30 days. Request content and contact details are retained for no more than 180 days after completion or rejection, then automatically deleted.
If the form is unavailable, email rrrr.zhao@qq.com and identify the data you want removed.
Delete the entire account?
Use the account deletion page to delete your full Tiny Vow account and associated data. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds retained by Google Play must be managed through Google Play.
