Delete in the app
Open Tiny Vow, go to Me > Account center, and choose Delete account. The Google Play edition removes the Google profile and session stored by Tiny Vow on this device. It does not delete your Google Account or subscription, payment, and refund records retained by Google Play.
The China edition first deletes the Tiny Vow server account, email credentials, verification records, profile, avatar, device sessions, login history, entitlements, redemptions, orders, and linked payment records, then clears the local session. If the network is unavailable or deletion fails, the app keeps the session and asks you to retry.
Account deletion does not automatically erase local vows, usage records, points, or themes. Clear them in Local data management or see the data deletion guide.
Request deletion without the app
Use the secure form below without signing in. Enter your registered email or the email used for Google sign-in and, when available, your in-app user ID. We may contact you to verify identity and normally complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted
The Google Play edition clears the Tiny Vow Google profile and session stored on the device. The China edition deletes server-side email credentials, profile, avatar, devices, login history, Pro entitlements, activation redemptions, orders, and linked payment records. Website feedback is unlinked from the deleted user ID; use the data deletion form if you also want the feedback and account snapshot removed.
Local groups, limits, usage records, points, themes, rewards, and other on-device data can be cleared separately from Local data management.
What may remain
Google Play manages its own subscription, payment, and refund records. Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Request content and contact details are kept while processing and for no more than 180 days after completion or rejection for verification, disputes, and compliance, then automatically deleted unless law requires a different minimum period.
A legacy activation remains marked as used to prevent it from being claimed again after account deletion, but its link to the deleted account is removed.
