FOCUS TIMER · NORMAL AND STRICT MODES · WHITELIST
Offline focus is not another timer that asks you to stare at the screen. Tiny Vow keeps a local record of study, deep work, exercise, rest, and time genuinely spent away from the phone, then brings those sessions into daily and weekly reflection.

FEATURES

For a firmer commitment, opening an app outside the whitelist abandons that session.
Keep the study, music, or communication tools you genuinely need within reach.
IN PRACTICE
Choose a focus category, duration, normal or strict mode, and a whitelist before you begin. A session can be paused, resumed, completed early, or abandoned, with the result saved as an explicit state rather than inferred from a temporary notification.
A local foreground timer service maintains progress and uses a low-interruption notification. If system conditions are not available, the interface explains the state instead of recording an incomplete session as complete.
Completed sessions keep the category name, icon, color, duration, and point multiplier that applied at the time. Editing a category later does not rewrite earlier focus history.
Daily focus collections and weekly accumulation views place screen-free time beside the rest of your digital habits. They are for reflection, not a public leaderboard or a score of personal worth.
Normal and strict modes use Tiny Vow's Accessibility service only to recognize whether the foreground app is outside your whitelist. It does not read page text or input. Focus categories and session history remain on your device by default.
